Our sustainable path

From the moment it is conceived to the moment it is worn, every one of our garments follows this path. We could do it at a fast pace. However, at Mango, we choose to take care of all those who are walking this path with us. By taking the necessary time, taking care of every step, every stitch, every fold, every finish...

Exploring the landscape and gathering more and more fibres with a reduced environmental impact. Exuding the unmistakable, perfect and timeless style with which nature designs every detail; and reducing the footprints our journey may leave on the planet. This is our path, which takes shape as we travel it. And we believe in it.

Commitment to a path

At Mango we see sustainability as a transversal pillar of our business model, a structural and deep commitment and a lever for business transformation. In 2002, we were pioneers in the sector by creating a Sustainability Department, which since then has been responsible for establishing Mango's sustainability roadmap.

Mango's Strategic Sustainability Plan establishes the principles of action and commitments of our company and organises our path towards sustainability in four main lines of action, aligned with our values as a company: materials and innovation, circularity, decarbonisation and people.

Sustainability Plan

Mango's Sustainability Plan is our company's roadmap to sustainability and defines the group's commitment to long-term value creation and sustainable management through a common framework for action. Mango annually reviews its Strategic Sustainability Plan to update it at the pace of the industry, setting commitments and concrete projects that drive a transition to more sustainable business models and a society with a lower environmental impact. Our sustainability model is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact, as well as with the strategy and objectives established by the sector internationally in initiatives such as the Fashion Pact and the International Accord.
