Our model

Toni Ruiz

Mango Chief Executive Officer

Since early 2020, Toni Ruiz has been the Chief Executive Officer of Mango, one of Europe’s leading fashion groups. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Company Management from the IESE Business School. 

The executive began his professional career at Leroy Merlin España, part of the Adeo group, where he occupied positions in financial management of the Spanish market and worldwide control and planning. 

With a long experience in retail, Toni Ruiz joined Mango in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer, a position he occupied until he was appointed General Manager of the company, in 2018. In March 2020, Toni Ruiz was promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Mango.

Jonathan Andic

Chief Mango Man Officer

Jonathan Andic is the Chief Mango Man Officer. In addition, since 2012 he has been a member of the company’s Board of Directors. 

A graduate of Audiovisual Communication in the United States, he furthered his studies at the IESE Business School, where he specialised in Accounting and Finance for Directors and in Management with an EMBA. 

The executive started in his professional career in the company in 2005, when he familiarised himself with the creative process, collection design and team management. In 2007 he began to manage the new Mango Man line, taking on the challenge to launch it on an international level. Throughout his career at the company, his duties have also included supervising the Communication and Image department and head of the group’s Interior Design and Construction Management. 

Elena Carasso

Chief Online and Customer Officer

Elena Carasso (Barcelona, 1968) is the Mango Chief Online and Customer Officer and a member of the Group's Steering Committee. 

A graduate in Graphic Design from the EINA School of Art and Design in Barcelona, she also has a Master’s Degree in Integral and Operations from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). The executive complemented her training at the IESE business school, where she studied the Management Development Course (MDC). 

Elena Carasso began her career at Mango in 1991, when she joined the company’s Design team. Since then, she has performed different roles in the Group until occupying her current position. In the mid-90s, Elena Carasso began to develop the company’s online division. In 1995, she led the launch of first Mango website and in September 2000, managed the opening of the company’s first online store. 

Since 2016, Elena Carasso has been part of the Mango Steering Committee.

Luis Casacuberta

Chief Product and Sustainability Officer

Luis Casacuberta (Barcelona, 1978) is the Chief Product & Sustainability Officer and sits on the group’s Steering Committee. 

A graduate in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, he studied an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration (EMBA) at the IESE Business School. 

In 2009, he joined Mango as the Commercial Manager of Mango Man and in 2012 was appointed the Director of said business line. In 2015, Luis Casacuberta took responsibility for the Woman and Kids business lines. In 2020, he managed the launch of the Mango Home line. He is currently responsible for these three business lines. 

In 2017, Luis Casacuberta joined Mango’s Steering Committee.

Daniel López

Chief Expansion & Franchise Officer

Daniel López (Manresa, 1972) is the Mango Chief Expansion & Franchise Officer and sits on the Steering Committee. 

After graduating in Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, he completed a Management Development (PMD) course at the IESE Business School. 

The executive joined Mango in 1996 as the Director of Legal Management, a position he occupied until 2005, when he was appointed Assistant General Manager, with responsibility for Franchisee Services, Communication, Property Management, Licensing and New Business Management. 

Daniel López has been a member of the group’s Board of Directors since it was established in 2007, and is also a member of the company’s Steering Committee. 

As well as being responsible for company and franchise store expansion, he is also responsible for the Wholesale division. 

Jordi Álex Moreno

Chief Information Technology Officer

Jordi Álex Moreno (Barcelona, 1973) is Chief Information Technology Officer of Mango. 

A graduate in Law and Business Studies from the University of Barcelona, the executive has had a long career in the telecommunications sector. Before joining Mango, Jordi Álex Moreno was IT Director at Desigual, a position he took up in 2010. 

He began his professional career at Amena (now France Telecom) in 1999 and has worked for other companies, such as Grupo Auna and IBM. 

In 2018, the Director joined Mango to lead the company’s digital transformation. 

Blanca Muñiz

Chief Brand Officer

Blanca Muñiz is the Chief Brand Officer of Mango and a member of the Group's Steering Committee. 

With a degree and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESADE and a Postgraduate Degree in Direction and Management of Institutions, Companies and Cultural Platforms from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), Muñiz has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and product and spent much of her career at Puig, leading the company strategy for the different brands in the group, before becoming Vice-President of the Lifestyle brands division, a post she occupied from 2015.  

Previously, the executive had been Vice-President of Marketing Intelligence (2010-2015) and Global Retail Marketing Director (2003-2010) at Puig, having also occupied Marketing positions in companies including COTY INC, Bimbo and Danone.  

Antonio Pascual

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Antonio Pascual (Zamora, 1966) has been the Mango Chief Supply Chain Officer since 2018 and since 2019 has sat on the group’s Steering Committee. 

A graduate of Industrial Engineering specialising in Business Organisation from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales de Vigo, Antonio Pascual has spent much of his career at Inditex, where he worked for fifteen years. The executive joined the Galician group in 2000 as Assistant Manager of Administration and Transport for Zara and occupied top positions until 2010, when he became the Operations Manager of Zara, where he remained until 2015. 

In 2016, Pascual joined the German company Esprit as Head of Global Logistics, a role he occupied until 2018. 

David Payeras

Chief People Officer

David Payeras (Barcelona, 1972) is the Chief People Officer of Mango and has been a member of the Steering Committee since 2021. 

A graduate in Psychology from the University of Barcelona, he has a Master’s Degree in Organisational Development from the GR Institute and an MBA from the ESADE business school. In 2014, he took a General Management Programme at IESE and, in 2018, a Georgetown-ESADE Executive Program. 

Before joining Mango, David Payeras worked for Grifols, where he occupied the position of Corporate Vice-President for Talent and Organisation, between 2017 and 2021. 

Throughout his career, he has occupied various Human Resources positions in companies such as P&G and Arbora & Ausonia.

Margarita Salvans

Chief Financial Officer

Margarita Salvans (Berga, 1979) is the Chief Financial Officer of Mango and a member of the Group’s Steering Committee. 

A Business Management graduate of the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) with an MBA from the IESE business school, the executive began her professional career at Boston Consulting Group before transferring to the finance sector. Between 2008 and 2019 she worked for Caixa Catalunya, where she occupied roles in the Management Control, Pricing and Finance departments during the process of the bank’s merger and request for aid from the European Union. 

Margarita Salvans joined Mango in 2013 and since then she has occupied various positions of responsibility in the departments of Store Provisioning, Internal Control and Management Control, where she has helped Mango’s various channels and business lines achieve their targets. The executive has also supported the general management during the company’s transformation process. 

In April 2020, Margarita Salvans was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company and joined its Steering Committee. 

César de Vicente

Chief Global Retail Officer

César de Vicente (Burgos, 1971) is the Chief Global Retail Officer of Mango and a member of the Group's Steering Committee. 

A graduate of Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valladolid, he has a Postgraduate Degree in International Commerce from the Technical University of Madrid. 

Before joining Mango in 2019, César de Vicente worked for the French company Kiabi for thirteen years. Between 2007 and 2016, the executive was the General Manager of the Spanish subsidiary, and later managed the Cross Channel Department with overall responsibility for retail. 

Throughout his career, César de Vicente has occupied various positions in retail companies such as Promod, Sport Zone and Decathlon.

Toni Ruiz

Mango Chief Executive Officer

Since early 2020, Toni Ruiz has been the Chief Executive Officer of Mango, one of Europe’s leading fashion groups. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Company Management from the IESE Business School.

Elena Carasso

Elena Carasso (Barcelona, 1968) is the Mango Chief Online and Customer Officer and a member of the Group's Steering Committee.

A graduate in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, he studied an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration (EMBA) at the IESE Business School. 

In 2009, he joined Mango as the Commercial Manager of Mango Man and in 2012 was appointed the Director of said business line.
