A transparent value chain

At Mango, we foster long-term relationships with our suppliers so that they are consolidated on a firm and lasting basis. Suppliers are aligned with our strategy and actively participate by providing feedback, data and relevant information to set ambitious goals for the company. Mango was the first major fashion company in Spain to publish a list of its planned finished product factories in 2020, as well as the list of its fabric and fitting factories and many of its yarn factories in 2022.

The origin of a commitment

Behind every garment there is a chain of decisions, people, and processes. At MANGO, we choose to navigate that path responsibly: by developing an in-depth understanding of our supply chain and progressing toward more demanding standards in traceability, quality, and responsible sourcing. This document outlines the milestones that shape this commitment. Each of these achievements is made possible by our team, dedicated to building a supply chain that is as carefully managed as the garments we produce.

    AIT APPAREL CO. LTD is a supplier based in Hangzhou, China with more than 125 employees that has been making knitwear for Mango since 2013. It is a professional sweater production and design company, founded in 2009, which is advancing through different projects related to sustainability.

  • Ekram Sweaters LTD

    BANGLADESH - SPECIALITY: SWEATERS

    Ekram Sweaters Ltd. is a supplier based in Kathali (Bangladesh) with nearly 3,000 employees that has been making all types of sweaters for Mango since 2017. Founded in 2009, Ekram Sweaters Ltd. currently has about 1,200 Auto Jacquard machines which allows it to ensure a monthly production capacity of over 450,000 garments.

  • Far East Knitting and Dyeing Industries Limited

    BANGLADESH - SPECIALITY: UPPER GARMENTS

    Far East Knitting & Dyeing Industries Limited is a supplier based in Gazipur, Bangladesh with more than 5,600 employees that has been making upper and lower garments, hooded and non-hooded sweatshirts and dresses for Mango since 2020. Founded in 1994, Far East Knitting is one of the leading companies in the country, with integrated knitting, high-end and pigment dyeing, tubular and open width finishing... with a production capacity of more than 120,000 garments per day.

    CHINA - SPECIALITY: WOMEN'S CLOTHING

    Jiangsu Guotai Intl. Group Guohua Corp Ltd. is a Chinese supplier with more than 600 employees that has been making a wide range of items for Mango since 2015: women's jackets, coats, trousers, dresses, skirts, shirts... Founded in 1994, the company has several sustainability recognitions such as the Global Recycled Standard, Global Organic Textile Standards and Organic Content Standards.

    CHINA - SPECIALITY: WIDE VARIETY OF GARMENTS

    Jiangsu Guotai Huasheng Industrial Co. Ltd. is a supplier based in Zhangjiagang, China with approximately 1,100 employees that has been making a variety of garments for Mango in its Woman, Man and Kids lines since 2016. Founded in 2012, it is the leading garment manufacturer in the country, specialising in the manufacture of woven garments, including lined and unlined dresses, and its yarn dyeing facility is accredited by Green to Wear and Care for Planet.

    BANGLADESH - SPECIALITY: SHIRTS, TROUSERS, JACKETS AND UNDERWEAR

    Echotex Limited is a supplier based in Gazipur, Bangladesh with more than 17,000 employees that manufactures t-shirts, jackets, sweatpants and underwear for Mango. Founded in 2007, Echotex is a LEED Platinum-certified vertical company with facilities for dyeing, digital and screen printing, laundry and garment making, with an average production of over 7.5 million pieces per month, allowing it to work with major players in the fashion industry.

Its production in seven different locations allows it to be a flexible and reliable supplier, irrespective of run length and size.
