Mango moves forward with its transformation process: it changes its corporate name and moves its registered office to the new Mango Campus, which will be expanded with two new modules.

    • From next July, the company will move its registered office in Palau-solità i Plegamans from Carrer Mercaders 9-11 to Carrer Via Augusta 10, in the same municipality (located just a few metres away), in order to centralise the company's operations at its new headquarters, known as Mango Campus.
    • Mango will also change its corporate name and corporate nature from Punto Fa, S.L. to Mango MNG, S.A. in order to comply with the greater legal requirements of transparency and supervision by the regulatory bodies in view of its classification as a public interest entity.
    • Mango is currently in the final phase of construction of the Mango Campus, which it will expand with two new modules to be inaugurated in 2027.

Mango, one of the world's leading fashion companies, will move from its current address at Carrer Mercaders, 9-11 to Carrer Via Augusta, 10 in Palau-solità i Plegamans, two locations just a few metres apart, in order to centralise the company's operations at its new "Mango Campus" headquarters.

The Mango Campus, currently in the final phase of construction, represents a strategic project for the company. The original design envisages the construction of two office buildings (Hangar and Gallery) interconnected by gardens and walkways, an auditorium for 200 people, a wellness centre with gym, several showrooms and pilot stores, an outdoor agora and several green areas, among other facilities. To accompany its expansion phase, the company will build two new additional modules in the Gallery building, which is expected to open in 2027. After the expansion, the Mango Campus will have a total surface area of 53,000 m2 and will have the capacity to house more than 2,400 employees.

Sustainability is one of the core aspects of the project, which is why the Mango Campus has been designed with sustainable materials and incorporates energy-efficiency measures such as the use of solar panels, with 100% of the electricity consumed already being of renewable origin. For the enlargement of the Campus, the company will extend the installation of solar panels on the roofs and will build a 630m³ water tank to recover rainwater and guarantee the survival of plant species during periods of drought.

To coincide with the change of registered office, Mango will also change its corporate name and legal form from Punto Fa, S.L. to Mango MNG, S.A., once these corporate operations have been legally formalised. With the change, the company is responding to the need to comply with the increased legal and financial requirements of transparency and supervision by regulatory bodies due to its classification as a public interest entity.

"The size achieved by the company, both in terms of revenue and job creation, as well as the reinforcement and consolidation of its corporate governance model with a Board of Directors that has incorporated up to five independent directors, largely explains the suitability of this corporate change", according to Eugenia Jover, Director of MANGO's legal department and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

The change is a more effective way of commercial brand recognition and, among other advantages, will bring a more formalised governance structure, which will improve the internal management and control of the governing bodies, and greater transparency in its relationship and interaction with the different stakeholders (customers, suppliers, partners, public administrations...).
