Mango likes you, Mango’s loyalty programme, is now present in 15 of the company’s main markets, which represent close to 70% of its total turnover.
In the last few weeks, the firm has launched its Club in three new countries: Russia, Ireland and Switzerland.
Mango likes you now has a total of 8 million active customers, 2.8 million of them in Spain.
Elena Carasso, Mango’s Online and Customer Director, says that “with this milestone we have reached our ambitious target set in 2021: to implement the loyalty programme in 15 countries that represent approximately 70% of total company turnover. What is more, we have achieved this despite the effect of the pandemic in some of the countries we have launched the Club in. It is a total success. We will continue to increase the presence of Mango likes you in new markets, in order to continue placing our focus on the customer”.
The loyalty programme was launched in Spain in April 2019 and is now present in countries including Portugal, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Turkey and Italy.
The Mango likes you initiative is part of Mango’s commitment to increase its focus on the customer, strengthened in early 2018 with the creation of the Customer Department. Its aim is to give the company an omnichannel overview of its customers and to design the necessary initiatives to improve their experience with the brand through hyper-personalisation strategies in all customer points of contact with Mango.
